The A-Tec Optima family combines premium design, modular construction and durable materials to offer a range of suppressors suited to different hunting rifle configurations. With six models in the range, the Optima family gives hunters options to consider based on their rifle, calibre and individual requirements.
The range includes the Optima 40, Optima 45, Optima 50, Optima 60, Optima Front and Optima Flow. Designed around a modular concept, the Optima 40, 45, 50 and 60 allow compatible front modules to be changed to accommodate other calibres within the manufacturer’s specified range.
Durability is central to the Optima design. The suppressors combine a hardened aluminium alloy body with a stainless-steel core, balancing practical weight considerations with resistance to demanding operating conditions. The exterior also features a hard-anodised surface treatment for added durability.
The Optima Flow stands out with its patented flow design, developed specifically for semi-automatic hunting rifles. Its internal design directs expanding gases away from the bore line, helping reduce blowback pressure at the ejection port and supporting reliable cycling.
With different sizes, weights and sound-reduction ratings across the range, the Optima family offers options for a variety of hunting setups. Depending on the model, the listed sound reduction ranges from 23 dB to 35 dB under the manufacturer’s stated test conditions.
